It's rare to find an employee who consistently provides excellent service, but Sonal has exceeded my expectations every time I visit Belle Femme. It is the best salon in Indore. I swear by Sonal’s services. She is the most reliable and best in terms of knowledge and service. Skin treatments are the best. Hair massage is also amazing . The overall comfort is superb. The place is alwasy kept very clean and hygiene . Overall experience is very very good.

Not sure if this an original branch of belle femme. I had heard rave reviews about the original one but this is one is actually worse than any roadside salon. Absolutely non-professional levels of service. Stylist burnt my ear and didn't even apologize. Shoddy blow drying. I am better at blow drying. Do not go here. Edit - Dear Owner, My only blow drying requirement was a good blow dry. I didn't know I was supposed to say "please do a good job". A section of my hair was still damp when I left, there were flyways, stylist didn't ask for or apply serum. These are minimum basic expectations from a premium salon. My sister said I took manicure and pedicure! it was fantastic! The staff was polite also Seema and Khushboo were super friendly and welcoming, salon was clean and relaxing The massage was heavenly, and our nails look amazing.

I got my bridal package from Belle Femme Saket and had a fabulous experience. Body polish and hydrafacial by Seema was mindblowing. My haircut and hairspa was done by Saurabh and it was great too. I went in for a simple bob cut, but unfortunately, the stylist completely messed it up. My hair is uneven, with one side noticeably longer than the other. A bob is supposed to be clean and sharp, but mine looks sloppy and rushed. I expected a professional finish, but I left feeling really disappointed and self-conscious about my hair. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
