Unprofessional staff. They give you different rates just to confirm your booking and get deposit. And I have never experienced such kind of poor service and business practices. No salon in Indore has ever asked me to send pictures of my hair beforehand and on top of she asked me to come down to the salon before the event to "feel" the density of my hair and then increase the rates one day before my event giving reason that dense hair costs more. Pathetic service. Highly don't recommend

I did permanent hair straightening... and colouring with Rs.10500. I didn't get that result, not smoothy not clear straight... hair molecules are open... Actually they may use very lesser amount of creams and the same time not trained workers. It's not my first experience... Every time in other parlours, I experienced the owner very much concerned with the result... Sorry to say, Iam not recommended for this price. .it's like 5000rs.

Courteous staff and the best part is that they don't impose anything on you and do everything according to your comfort and budget. Also the staff is very friendly and they do provide individual attention and assistance to you. working staff should be a little more pro active. Also had my nail extensions done for the first time ever and it was very good experience. For nails you must try once. Services Blowouts, Eyebrow shaping, Acrylic nails, Hairstyling, Tanning, Waxing

I got a botox treatment done at this salon for which they charged ₹4500, and it’s only been 15 days but my hair has gone back to how it was before. They had told me to use only their shampoo and mask, which I also purchased from there, but I haven’t seen any changes. My money has been completely wasted. So I will not recommend this salon to anyone in my colony or to my neighbours.

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Their standard beard price is 200 rupees, but after a simple trim today, they tried to charge me 300 rupees (the full haircut price). I had to argue with them just to get it down to 100 rupees for the actual work done. Be very careful with your bill here; they will try to overcharge you if you don't speak up.
