Good teacher, very helpful practical information
आदरणीय अभय सर, 15 दिन के प्रीनेटल योग कोर्स में उपस्थित होकर बहुत आनंद आया।, एक योग प्रशिक्षक होने के नाते योग आसन और प्राणायाम के बारे में जानकारी तो थी परंतु गर्भावस्था में उन में से चुनिंदा आसनों को त्रैमासिक के हिसाब से कब , कौनसा आसन और कैसे करवाना है इसकी विस्तृत जानकारी बहुत ही सहज रीति से और साथ में सभी प्रशिक्षार्थियों को आपने स्वयं करने का अवसर प्रदान किया जो बहुत ही उपयोगी और सराहनीय है, आसन , श्वसन क्रिया ,और प्राणायाम हर पक्ष को बहुत ही व्यापक ढंग से सीखाने की आपकी शैली अद्भुत है, हम सभी आपका ह्रदय से धन्यवाद करते हैं , आप योग के क्षेत्र में उत्तरोत्तर प्रगति करें यही ईश्वर से कामना करती हूं। भविष्य में भी आपका सहयोग और मार्गदर्शन इसी तरह मिलता रहेगा इसी विश्वास के साथ आपको बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद् और भविष्य के लिए शुभकामनाएं ।
