I have been attending this yoga class for the past 2 years, and it has been a truly wonderful experience. The environment is very peaceful and positive, which brings a lot of calmness to both mind and body. Rekha ma’am is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated. She teaches from the heart and ensures that every student understands each posture properly. Her guidance feels like a blessing, and her positive energy makes every session special. The classes also include different variations, which keep the practice interesting and effective. I have noticed a great improvement in my physical health and mental peace. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for true wellness and positivity.”
Rekha Madam is unmatched when it comes to teaching us yoga. She knows it all, the postures, the asanas and the path to reach them. We also do all kinds of stretching and strength training.
