I have joined Sandeepani yogshala since 2 months and it is very beneficial to me. 1. Yoga has enhanced my strength and flexibility.I really feel so energetic and active all day . 2. Sir is also very knowledgeable and supportive and explains each Asanas and it's benefits very clearly. 3. I feel so peaceful and stress free after every yoga session . 4. It rejuvenates my mind and helps me staying positive whole day . 5.Environment of the class is so comfortable .Overall its a great way to connect to our body and mind.

One of the best Yoga instructor in Indore , who can relate the old yoga philosophy and practice to the present situation and time. I had a personal classes with Sandeep where he taught me about the correct way of doing Yoga and Pranayam. His Yoga institute situated at very reachable location and it's clean and hygienic too. The atmosphere is positive and happy. I am happy and satisfied with his teachings and institute.
