I am so thankful I knew about Yoga from here. Tinnitus, something which is a dreadful thing to live with, had made me truly hopeless. However, after stumbling upon this academy, I got to know about a yoga routine that claimed will increase my blood flow and thereafter decrease and finally put an end to my Tinnitus. It's been around 1.5 months that I'm practicing yoga religiously as said, both at morning and evening. The sound has significantly reduced to such an extent that I don't even happen to hear it at times. I'm still into the recovery phase from this and I'm pretty sure one day the sound will go away completely after my consistent dedication. However, I know I will never ever stop doing Yoga in my life. Ham generally tab sambhalte hai jab kuch bura hota hai, please don't make that mistake..keep your life disciplined with Yoga..don't wait for something like this to happen before you engage yourself with yoga..
