It has been 4 months I started doing yoga with Nandani Mam. And the changes I see in my life is amazing. I have been become more disciplined in life, my mind is more calm and my body has become more flexible. She is amazing mentor treats every member like family and even guides us beyond yoga. She plans the classes to cater all age groups and cover asanas from beginner to intermediate level. Also pranayama and aerobics classes are there too to engage everyone for whole week.
