Yoga with Alpana

I am practicing it from past 2 years. My outcome is extremely satisfying. I have reduced my weight and now I feel more flexible and light. I am now more focused with relaxed mindset and want to continue till I can. Thanks to my "Yog Guru" Alpana Pandey.

She is one of the best instructor and I enjoy daily yoga with different and new poses. Feel very energetic and stress free due to combo of stretching yoga and meditation
