The best quality of Alpana Ma'am is she pays individual effort to each and every client and make sure that everyone does it correctly,actually that is the essence and grace of yoga,If posture and breathing techniques are not synchronised it's not worth doing.I would highly recommend her for simplicity,poise,grace, experience and for holistic approach as "योग गुरु" 💐
