With human life as Brahma's decree, Ayurveda was gifted, a treasure to see. In '21, the trust first came alive, Running courses to help humanity thrive. In '64, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya's embrace, Affiliated the course, adding its grace. The university brought forth degrees anew, Enriching the knowledge, expanding the view. In '72, Madhya Pradesh Government's hand, Took over the institution, a milestone grand. Now known as Govt. Ashtang Ayurved College, Its path of service, a noble pledge. In '98, autonomous status it gained, Govt. Auto. Ashtang Ayurved College it was named. Lokmanya Nagar became its dwelling place, A sanctuary of healing, a haven of grace. With infrastructure standing proud and strong, An administrative building, where dreams belong. A hospital, academic halls so bright, Pharmacy, library, all within our sight. The herbal garden, a treasure untold, Sports ground and hostel, the stories unfold. For a century, this institution has thrived, Serving Ayurveda, keeping spirits revived. From its halls, scholars have emerged, With knowledge and passion, their paths diverged. Serving the people with skills they gained, Across the state and country, their care sustained. So let this poem reach far and wide, A tribute to the place where Ayurveda resides. May its wisdom spread, like a gentle breeze, Touching hearts and minds, bringing health and ease.
