Arena Badminton Club

Dear Sir, Thank you for your response. However, I would like to inform you that today my sister slipped because of the water leaking onto the badminton court. As a result of the fall, she suffered serious injuries to her hand and knee and has sustained sprains. She is currently in significant pain and is unable to walk properly. When we spoke with your staff regarding the incident, we were told that they had already informed the owner about the water leakage issue. They also stated that it was not their fault. Additionally, one of the ladies from the management team responded in a very unprofessional and insensitive manner. After we reported the incident, she even made a comment saying, “If they have a problem, what can we do?” Such a response is extremely disappointing, especially when a player has been injured due to a safety hazard on the court. The issue was not only the water on the court but also the lack of immediate action and concern shown after the accident. I request that this matter be taken seriously. My sister has suffered injuries to her hand and knee, and this incident could have been avoided if the water leakage had been addressed promptly. I look forward to your response and to understanding what steps will be taken regarding this incident. Regards, Devendra Sen

Very well-maintained and one of the best badminton facilities in Indore. All the coaches are encouraging, dedicated, and instill discipline in young players. Highly recommended for kids who want to learn and grow in the sport.
