Very poor service. I had already made my payment. The delivery boy’s payment was your responsibility through Rapido, but I was still asked to pay again. My remaining ₹45 has also not been returned. Despite calling several times, no one answered my calls. This was a very disappointing experience. I will not use this laundry service again in the future. Never told to come specifically your branch
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE. I gave them 7 shoes for washing and they committed to give it within 2-3 days. Then they proceeded to delay for a WHOLE week and just kept saying that it'll be done the next day. ABSOLUTELY pathetic liars. After 8 days, i just got my shoes back that they hadn't even started to clean. You can't be THAT USELESS & BAD at your job even if you tried man. ON TOP OF THAT, the customer service was so unreachable, unhelpful, kept lying and delaying. THEY ALSO marked the order "READY" on their app when they hadn't even starteddd!! I just got my shoes back unwashed. Save your time, patience and money and avoid this business.
