Service was good
Worst experience and very bad service. They spoil our cloths and when we try to contact them Most of the time store remains closed.
Very poor service.
Do not give your cloths here Worst service Had misplaced my cloths And delaying the resolution It's been more than 1 month till now not received any communication regarding the claim Also the owner and staff of this store is verry rude and arrogant Has now blocked my mobile number
NOT RECOMMENDED-POOR SERVICE & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY SAVE YOUR CLOTHES-AVOID THIS STORE! I gave my clothes for dry cleaning at the Tumble Dry Sapna Sangeeta store, including my Allen Solly shirt. Unfortunately, the shirt was returned damaged. Additionally, new stains were introduced to my trousers, while the existing stains were also not cleaned properly. Despite personally visiting the store and following up multiple times, I have received no proper response or resolution. The store is frequently closed, calls often go unanswered, and neither the store manager nor the owner is available to address the issue. Overall, a very unprofessional experience with extremely poor customer service. I have completely lost trust in this store and would not recommend Tumble Dry Sapna Sangeeta for expensive clothes or any of their services.
