Worst people, not ready to do anything written on app, they ask for more money, do not follow any policy written on app, me hardik pathak does not now how to run a service business. He refused to follow 48hr policy on regular wah and dry then when I agreed to pay express charges he forced for iron and refused to take smaller orders. Also called 3 hrs late

Worst experience. Always deliver cloths 3. 4 days after scheduled delivery date.one should remind them ki bhai kapde dhulne diye hai bhul gaye kya? Always express apology. Next time kabi nahi aata.

The services are bad as I had scheduled the pick up at 12:48 PM slot. But till now I haven’t got any response from their end. That’s why I am not happy with the services at all. Even I don’t prefer anyone this app.

⭐ 1/5 Terrible experience! I received unwashed bedsheets — one had perfume sprayed on it to cover up, while the other two were left dirty, smelly, and clearly never washed. Extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. Worse service ever, would never recommend or use Tumble Dry again.

The worst experience I faced with tumbledry this time. They didn't clean the bedsheet and pillow cover properly. It still remains untidy and unclean. Here I am adding the picture

I am a Chartered Accountant (CA) and my experience with Tumble Dry Laundry has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I clearly gave instructions for wash and steam ironing, however my instructions were completely ignored. Instead of steam ironing, they arbitrarily performed long dry cleaning without consent. For just two clothes, I was charged ₹400 (₹200 per garment), which is highly unreasonable considering the poor quality of service delivered. The clothes were not properly washed, not ironed, stains were not removed, and there was no freshness at all. It appeared as if the clothes were merely washed and air-dried — no pressing, no finishing, no professional treatment. This is not my first bad experience with them. Earlier also, I had given shirt and pant for normal wash, and the service was equally pathetic. The condition of clothes clearly showed lack of professionalism, poor process, and complete negligence. The negative reviews posted by other customers are absolutely correct and genuine. This service resulted in waste of money, waste of time, waste of service, and damage to clothes. Such practices are misleading and unacceptable for a professional laundry service. I strongly do not recommend Tumble Dry Laundry to anyone.

This is the worst Tumbledry outlet. Do not trust them with your clothes, they will give you someone else’s clothes, while returning your order. Once you raise complaint as well they will have no mechanism at all to track it back. I complaint multiple times they were just dodging my complaint and trying to buy time so that I only forget about it. I complaint on the registered number they told me first to wait then they told me we ll speak to the manager then they told me we ll speak to the owner. They are playing cheap tactics with me saying the person attending the call is a junior or new and have no idea. I have given them so much business but they have no way to resolve my issue. This was the last time I trusted them. Now I will complaint at the consumer forum about them. Stores like this shall be blacklisted from Tumbledry platform as they are just fooling innocent customers. And also customers shall not give them any order so that automatically these stores should shut as they are unprofessional and lack customer service . Really bad experience.

Unprofessional and pathetic service. Gave blanket for dry cleaning and it was done very badly. Delivery was done without covering it, delivery boy carried it without cover from laundry to home. What is the use of dry cleaning if it is exposed to all the dirt and traffic pollution. Not able to capture in photos but blanket became dirty after giving to tumble dry. No response received from customer care, and when complaint about it during delivery, it was returned back after few hours by just wrapping it. Lie was told that dry cleaning was done within few hours. Don't go for these careless and unprofessional people.
