Titan World

Overall a great shopping experience at this store. They carry a wide variety of styles of watches and the staff personnel were attentive and responsive to my requirements as a customer. The quality of service was excellent as well, they suggested what would suit us best without being pushy. Would definitely visit them again and would recommend this store to people in my circle.

Good experience, Quick service and prompt response. Fastest billing.

Very nice collection they have all brands of wathes and huge collection

Good behaviour of staff and value for money watches for everyone

Good and always a very nice experience to buy watches from here Sandhya was very courteous and knowledgeable about the casio watch A must walk in before you head out anywhere else.

Worst experience of buying smart watch from this place.staff not courageous. They are agreeing that smart watch having software issues and not connecting with app properly than even not changing it with same category watch or not refunding money because I don’t have box. Lastly they told contact customer care for smart watches related issues than what is a sense of buying from such big store.

Nice collection and very polite staff

Service of store is good and staff also very supportive.

Great experience the people there where very friendly they have a great collection

Very poor coustomer service .. no service staff is available till 12.30 and no one cares for customer complaint.. they have untrained staff how don't know to operate computers and staff boys are all in attitude issue..
