Worst service, worst product, worst staff members, no knowledge of any product. Please don't ruin your money, energy, and expectations and don't buy any product from them. Staff is ridiculous, they sell the product just for the sake of money. I purchased the FOSSIL watch very next day it stopped working they said we are not responsible for it. They just changed the battery, how does a battery stops working in a single day??? Then again it stopped working in a month, when asked for a refund although I had a warranty card they refused to refund and asked us to contact the company. Also again they just changed the battery and asked for the payment of 472/- and first reason was display has scratch, thankfully I had the picture of the watch at the time I gave it to them and there wasn't any scratch, then they changed the reason of payment and without payment they aren't going to give the watch. Why the hell you are selling the products when you cant take the responsibility of the products??? Means we should purchase from them, pay to them than when we faced issue than we have to contact to the company. I ADVISE EVERYONE BEING A VERY FRUSTRATING CUSTOMER, PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM. AND THIS WAS MY SECOND & LAST WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

As I m regular customer your prestigious outlet , but some time theyHi Awadhi Team, I am a regular customer of your outlet, and I have had several of my watches repaired at your store over time. Yesterday, I gave one of my watches for repair, which cost me around ₹3,000. I didn’t question the charges because I understand that repairs involve costs, and I value the service you provide. However, today I visited your outlet again to get the strap of another watch resized, for which I was charged ₹50. I asked your manager whether such a small charge could be waived for a regular and loyal customer. His response was, “No, sir, we don’t earn that much, so we have to charge for it.” I paid the amount, but honestly, the experience left me disappointed. My concern is not about the ₹50; it is about the attitude toward customer loyalty and service. When a customer regularly chooses your outlet and trusts your team with their watches, a little gesture of goodwill can go a long way in building a lasting relationship. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel that Awadhi gives more importance to small charges than to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
