Nice Hostel **Detailed Review** Pros: Budget-friendly Almost daily cleaning Studious environment Good food (mostly) Good behavior from the mess uncle Basic facilities: Wi-Fi and washing machine Location and travel connectivity are excellent Cons: Strict rules (e.g., no food in rooms, holes in room doors, no shorts 😂, no extra electronics other than phone, laptop, or tablet, mandatory leave applications, and more) Strict timings (doors close at 10 PM sharp) Coolers are banned, even during extreme summers (2025 update now allowed) Some rules are outdated and overly traditional Managed by people with old-fashioned values, some of which can be quite stereotypical and have rude behaviour (subjective) but I've seen them treat people with partiality. they lack good management spirit. Overall: If you're able to adjust to the rules, warden, and management, this hostel is a great deal and offers good value for money. The savings from hostel and mess fees can be used for other things outside. Tip: They prefer sanskari (ideal) students. If you are one or can pretend to be one, you should have no problem here. Despite some negative aspects, I recommend the hostel for its value for money. While many of the rules may seem outdated, you can learn discipline here.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hostel has been incredibly disappointing, mainly due to the worst management staff I’ve ever encountered. Their partiality, lack of professionalism, and consistently rude behavior made my stay extremely uncomfortable.

Great Hostel for IIT JEE Aspirants BA Jain Boys Hostel is one of the best in Indore, especially for students preparing for IIT JEE. The food here is really good, and there’s an option for Jain food (no onion, no garlic) if you want. It’s also affordable and has facilities like a washing machine, decent bathrooms, and a study area. The location is great, close to coaching centers, so it’s very convenient for students. But one thing some might find annoying is that the hostel closes at 10 PM sharp. There’s also a different admission process, including a form and an interview, so not everyone gets in. This might feel a bit strict, but it is what it is As an 11th-12th student, I find this hostel perfect, but it might not be as great for college students.
