Horrible experience with my sister over here. DON'T put your child in YOURSPACE hostels. They are just about business, NEET 2024 is on 4th May, and they are asking tenants to leave on 30th April. They can't accommodate children for 4 more days for the exam which was their whole purpose to be there???? We were ready to pay extra fir everything but this is just Horrible. Now my sister has to find a new place to live DURING THE EXAM WEEK. DISGUSTING. Food is below average and service is average. I will.make sure none of my known fellows will choose yourspace for their dependent.

The community atmosphere at Yourspace is fantastic, with plenty of social events and activities to keep me busy. The dining hall at Your Space is always clean and well-maintained. It's a pleasant place to eat.

Scam alert Your space is a big scam... I would like to request you all to please share it and make everyone aware about the scam your-space is doing. My sis has been living in your space for the past one year in Indore and she always paid the rent on time as there was a penalty of 100 after 5th of month ....But this August the contract between the property owner and your-space was ended as your-space did not paid the rent of 8 months to the property owner. Due to the breach of contract between the owner and your-space your bond has ended. your-space has promised us to pay ur security deposit and maintenance charges by 9th of September, 2024. They all an away and did not initiated your refund. As I can't find the right path to get my money back. I would like you all to be alert with the scam they do. We have been calling them continuously but no one ..literally no one is picking up the call. What kind of business ethics is this Venayak Saran Gupta.? Are u guys this unprofessional.? Nidhi Kumra, is this your hospitality.? What scam do u run.?? Shubha Lal, do u have an answer for it.?? We want our money back !!!!! I request you guys to please like, comment and share it more for better reach and ther students who wants to find a place to live in different cities, do not ever look for a place in your-space.

SCAM ALERT ! I have lived here for 2 year in South tukoganj , indore branch , and at the time of leaving they didn't returned my Security deposit it's been 1.5 year. I complaint but they manager said he us new and according to data money is pending from my side and They are saying u went home for a month and that month we have to cut luggage charges but the thing is i never went my home for a month and i paid FULL AMOUNT Every month ! EVEN AFTER SENDING EVIDENCE ON EMAIL they ignored or never accept their mistake. And blaming you for this. I HOPE KARMA WILL EAT ALL OF YOU INVOLVE IN THIS !

I had very bad experience in your space. It's been months I checked out from hostel but still haven't received any refund. Our parents work hard to pay your hostel fees and you scammed us. The fees is to demanding as if your facilities are top notch but sadly it's a big NO.I reached out to staff many times but still they are delaying the issue. None of them is cooperative.Also the food is very bad. Many people from our hostel had severe liver infections. If you reach out to them for help then none of them will reply or look into it. It's totally disgusting and ridiculous the way you're running a hostel. I will not recommend anyone to choose your hostel.

Very bad experience, the rooms does not look how they look in the advertisement, all the cupboards are broken and every wall has dampness/moisture which is the cause of small insects, no hygiene at all especially in the kitchen the slab is disgusting and cockroaches and mouse everywhere, warden was kind but facilities are just worst, And now your space has been ran away from this property, without consoling us, will they refund our caution money to us.

They don’t even deserve a single star; I wish I could give them a negative star! I’m telling you, don’t make the same catastrophic mistake I did by staying in that hellhole of a hostel. I signed a 10-month bond, for which the fees were paid in full, yet every month, that warden would come at me like a debt collector, claiming my fees weren’t deposited. I had to show her the paid receipt over and over, as if I were some kind of criminal trying to escape my dues. These people are always lurking at the door to snatch money, but when it’s time for a refund, they turn into masters of chaos—changing wardens, swapping hostel names, and creating a circus out of everything. It’s as if their sole purpose is to squeeze every last cent from us, while refunds are nothing more than a distant fantasy! They’re nothing but frauds! You’ll starve because they don't care if there’s food available for anyone living their. And the lack of cooperation is infuriating! They handed me a written agreement promising my security deposit would be refunded, but here I am, over five months later, still waiting after leaving that dump. I’ve bombarded customer care with emails, but they’re just ghosting me! Now they’ve switched owners and changed the hostel name, thinking they can just wipe their hands clean of this mess. Well, I refuse to let them steal my money! Please, for the love of everything good, don’t send your children to this dreadful excuse for a hostel! It’s a trap!.

Saare photo ai se banaye hai sab fake hai aisa to koi hostel hi nahi hai owner ke kamre me ac nahi hai baccho ke kamro me kaha se aa jayega mere friends isi hostel me rehti hai, they told me itna ganda experience hai is hostel ka or owner change hua hai tabse to bhot zada bekar ho gaya hai new owner dolly is super rude, arrogant, egoistic, ignorant,usko sirf paise chahiye baki sab bhaad me jaaye bas baccho pe chilau koi mujhse kuch na bole me sabpe hukum chalau jaise ye hume paise deti hai yaha rehne ke.
