Nice service ,bus was clean, nice behaviour of staff, bedsheet ,pilllow and blanket was clean…arrival and departure time was on right time…

Don't opt to travel by Gajraj . Bad service. Lack of cleanliness. Staff is also untrained. Bad service. Without any reason they delayed bus

Absolutely pathetic attitude towards customers and zero accountability. They charge the entire fare upfront from the customer, but the moment they have your money, apparently their responsibility ends there. They can be 45 minutes late picking up a passenger, reach the destination four hours late, or their busses also break down frequently in the middle of the night on a highway—and somehow, none of this is considered their fault. No accountability. No genuine apology. No concern for the customer's safety, time, or inconvenience. Instead, they behave as if they have done the customer some enormous favour by providing the service. But when the customer is delayed by even 1–2 minutes in their return journey because of traffic, and suddenly the customer is treated like a criminal. Their staff (Arjun - not sure if he was truthful in sharing his name) stared bad-mouthing and blaming the customer, as if the customer is travelling for free. This is the height of hypocrisy. You cannot demand punctuality from customers while routinely failing to honour your own commitments. You cannot preach discipline to customers while your own service is unreliable. And you certainly cannot wash your hands of all responsibility after taking the full fare. A paying customer is not asking for a favour. They are paying for a service—and they are entitled to expect the service to be delivered professionally, safely, and within the promised timeframe. If your company expects customers to respect the rules, start respecting your customers first. Stop treating customers as an inconvenience after you've already taken their money. Take responsibility for your delays, breakdowns and failures instead of conveniently shifting the blame onto the passenger. A company that expects accountability from its customers but refuses to accept accountability for its own failures does not deserve customer loyalty.
