सिंगल सीट नहीं मिल रही थी इसलिए मैने डबल में बुक की। और वो बाजूवाली सीट पे कोई पैसेंजर नहीं आया। पर रात को ड्राइवर बारी बारी आते रहे और मेरी मुझे डिस्टर्ब करते रहे। ऊपर से ड्राइवर बनियान में इतनी बदबू फैला रहा था कि साँस भी न ली जाये। ऑफिस में कंप्लेंट करने पर जवाब मिला कि खाली सीट है तो ड्राइवर तो सोयेगा न। ऊपर से टॉयलेट ने बहुत ही ज्यादा गंद और बदबू फैला रखी थी। ड्राइवर के हिसाब से मुसाफ़िर इस्तमाल करते है इसके लिए गंदगी थी। बाकी सफाई कर्मचारी की कोई गलती नहीं थी

यह गाड़ी इंदौर से दिल्ली चलती है इसकी सर्विसेज बहुत अच्छी है समय को कवर करती है इसको भानपुरा होकर चलाना चाहिए जिससे किलोमीटर व टोल की बचत होगी व भानपुरा वालो को गरोठ जाना पड़ता है या निमथुर 8 लेंन पर जाना पड़ता है उससे सुविधा मिलेगी । इसको निमथुर इंटरचेंज से चढ़ना चाहिए 200 टोल की बचत होगी । महिला पैसेंजर को काफी परेशानी होती है । प्रबन्धकों से निवेदन है कि एक बस को भानपुरा होकर चलावे । धन्यवाद

Staff and driver are very punctual and soft talking and very well behaviour staff members and I have travelled to ahemdabad to indore very comfortably hee drive the bus very soft seat and very clean and tidy bus and bus premium class

Bus frame is broken. In rain dikki filled with water. My bags got wet. Conducter was not helpful asked for extra money for extra which I already paid at counter. Not helpful. Too pathetic.
