Polite Staff and good service. Must Recommend.

It was a pathetic experience with these guys. They had a washroom in the bus which they were not allowing passengers to use. unfortunately i had booked offline tickets with them and all they cared about was there online redbus ratings. i would suggest if you wish to travel with these guys you should book their tickets on redbus so that atleast you will be able to rate them on redbus. Driver and conductor both were fighting with each other and were talking to passengers very rudely. And almost all the tickets were booked but still they wer letting passengers on the way all the time for extra money. The bus also reached destination 1 hour late. Overall it was a pathetic experience and is not recommended to anyone atleast if you care about better travel experience from indore to jaipur. There are better options available in this route. Dure to the rude behaviour of staff, unhygienic bus and late arrival i would like to rate them 0. Management should look into it and should improve their services

I was traveling from Delhi to Indore. Its arrival time was 9:45 AM and it arrived at Bapat Square after 11 AM. I will never recommend this bus if you want to travel on time.

Good service by Gajraj travels. Bedsheet / pillows/ blankets were clean, water bottles provided. Journey started and completed on time. Staff's behaviour was polite and helping. I totally recommend it.

During booking, the exact boarding and dropping points weren't clearly mentioned. On the way, we were dropped at Ringus instead of Khatu, with some last-minute explanations. Similarly, for the return journey, we were asked to board from Ringus, despite the app mentioning Toran Gate. To avoid inconvenience for tourists, I suggest Gajraj Travels ensures accurate and transparent information about pickup and drop-off points. Clear communication would enhance the overall experience."

I booked bus Indore to khatu when I reached at bus stop that I received a msg cancellation of bus on time this is very bad experience for me I travel with my family when I called bus help support no they said due to strike bus cancelled but I think if strike was on why not update to passenger in morning time … guys don’t do book ticket for this Gajraj tour travel very bad experience

Your are not provide amenities which you claim. Like waiting area at Jaipur, Not providing Blanket and water in bus no proper siting arraangement at Jaipur waiting area. Staff behaviour was worst.
