Gour travels

On the date of 15 Aug This bus had an accident… both the driver and the conductor left the passengers and ran away, all the passengers were injured. The bus operator had very irresponsible behaviour… there is no security for the passengers. How many people could have lost their lives in this accident… there is no responsibility after taking the ticket. The bus owner and operators are negligent...i request the travels please bcz of money...don't take it risk with passenger life...agar aise hi bas chalana hai toh band kar do agency apni

Subhash Bhai and Raju Bhai do not talk when I call them, they keep disconnecting the call after some time, there is no response, their services are very bad, you tell me in what way they have to talk to the customers...

Worst bus worst staff Bus 2 hour late hai par batane ko ready nahi bus kaha pahuch gyi Kisi sawari ke pas phone nhi batane ke liye aur na office me koi response krta hai

Worst bus service ever. I am carrying a 10 month baby with me and they told me the bus is non stop and due to this reason I got ready to travel with my baby . But every possible space is covered with people. All the people are standing here and sitting on temporary chairs. This bus has the capacity of 45 passengers and they are allowing around 70-75 passengers to travel. Most uncomfortable experience ever had and please not to travel in this bus.
