One of the worst bus services for Indore Pune route. They will show you a chartered bus and instead provide some local bus(Neel Kamal) which is neither capable of carrying passenger nor theie luggage. Seater in this bus is of worst quality even you book AC one...a 12 hours of vibrating journey I can never forget. Above that agency contact person is least bothered about problem since money is already credited to traveller. DONT DARE to travel with them, my sincere advice.

The best service is excellent, all the buses are neat and clean, spacious and we'll maintained. All the amenities promised were served in the trip. The route chosen was also hassle-free and the drive was also smooth. The one thing that I have to say here is that the driver was not doing rash driving, which is a rare and a pleasent site, the support staff was courteous. Thumbs up.

Very dirty, unhygienic and unsafe buses. They use very old tyres endangering the safety of travellers, my bus tyre bursted mid-way. Images attached
