AICTSL City Bus Depot

I recently used the bus transport facility and had a disappointing experience. I requested the bus attendant to wait for a minute as I was nearby, but they refused and told me to take the next bus, which was 15 minutes later. Additionally, I was asked to pay an extra ₹100 for seat allocation, despite booking a premium/first-class ticket. The staff's behavior was rude, and they didn't take responsibility for their mistakes. Considering the premium service I paid for, the overall quality of service was very bad.

At least the night bus should run on time. I am standing at Palasia for 30 minutes and not a single bus has come. How will it run like this when I know that there is a lot of crowd at the station. For the last 2-3 days I have been seeing that I have to stand at the station for half an hour. At least you people should manage the time so that the night buses run on time. I am very frustrated.

भाई यहां पर चाय भी 1 कब पानी सहित 35/45/ रुपए का बेचते है जो चाय 5/10 /रुपए की हे वही चाय मेहगी दे रहे हैं मतलब मजबूरी का फायदा उठा रहे हैं/(चाटेट बस डिपो बहोत बहोत बड़ी या हे बस डिपो में कोई परे सानी नहीं है जय हिन्द जय भारत वंदेमातरम मातरम् ईन्दोर

A best place to get all buses in almost every part of Madhya Pradesh... Along a very good bus services and buses too... I AC non AC seating sleeper... Also situated in almost center of city with a very good reachabilty.... Also good waiting area.

The cleanliness of the bus in not up to the mark . The seats are dusty and the dust from the AC feels like suffocating surrounding in whole bus ....this not my first time I travelled ...previously also I did mention all this things.. ..I suggest to not waste your money on this bus .......

Start your journey from there... best place with best facilities. Buses 🚌 seating 💺 is so comfortable. You get many buses for your place. Best way to go anywhere Time taking for travel is good enough but price is too much. A food shop is nearby so you can eats anything also. AICTSL Also have a courier service. I thing it’s a best service According to me🤪. Its a big place you can see from outside. Also indore is best.☺️✌️ Thnx

CHARTER BUS stop, All bus starts and terminate here. There is good cafeteria, good waiting area, clean and hygienic washroom. Auto available at exit followed with ibus stop is just at exit too. Happy, Comfortable and Safe journey ☺️

Best place for quick get bus , bill counter is fast and sitting arrangements are good, fully open area also have garden for refreshing feel and finally all buses are clean and check before start...best of luck and have a great journey ahead, if you like the post ..hit the like button for usefulness.

Govt owned bus stand. So well. Managed and organised. Online and offline tickets available here. Washroom is available for both male and female.
