Seat not provided after booking conform, worst travelling experience conductor is not even saying anything.. Driver is driving very rashly... and stopping vehicles again and again.. picking pessengers from anywhere and dropping anywhere.. because of that bus got delayed by one hour..
I had a very disappointing experience with this bus service provider. Their level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. They cancelled the trip at the last minute without any prior warning, leaving passengers stranded and scrambling for alternatives. What’s worse is how casually they handle such situations. There is zero accountability, no proper communication, and absolutely no concern for passengers’ time or commitments. For a service that claims to maintain “hygiene conditions” and customer care standards, their behaviour shows the complete opposite. If you value reliability and professionalism, I would strongly recommend choosing another service. This provider has a long way to go in terms of customer management, transparency, and basic responsibility.
