SHARAD TRAVELS - Bus Booking ( Tours & Travels )

Told me it was Shrinath Travel with double seat they provided me with no bus number and when I went at the boarding point which is Best Price Square they told us to board the New Loksewa Travel bus and gave us only 1 seat which is in very poor condition. I would recommend never book any bus from here took Rs.1600/- from me for 2 seats and gave us 1 seat which is worth Rs 500/-.

1- Blankets are not washed, unhygienic. 2 - Bus staff behaviour is not good for old age peoples . 3- Bus gangway blocked by unreserved peoples .Too much problem in night while stepping out from upper deck to floor for going toilet .

This is I am writting in between my travel, Worst experience, Firstly bus arived at my boarding point 1-1/2 hour late of scheduled time no intimation was shared.when driver was contacted his answer was " message padha hai ki nahi" throughout the night music was played on in full volume and when asked to slow down answer was " music nahi chalega to Driver ko neend aa jayegi" Bedcovers were very dirty Never ever travel with Sharad Travels.

Third class sleeper with no space for two people in double sleeper also and taken 2000 rupees for this kind of wrost bus really very disgusting and dust is everywhere

While accepting booking from indore to Mumbai Sharad Travels confirmed that the bus will depart at 7:15 pm. Then it was informed that bus is delayed by one hour. The person at Sharad Travels confirmed that the bus will arrive at 8:15 pm. When we reached the boarding point it was informed that the bus was further delayed by an houe. Very disappointed with the level of service by Sharad Travels.

Best Experience! From Prayagraj Mahakumbh we booked this bus(Non-AC) to Indore. It is ontime even in traffic jam but departed late due to some passengers bcoz of high traffic area. Bus is so luxury and well maintained and staff was wonderful , specially a driver (Shastri Ji) their behavior and nature was so good and their driving was also good with average speed and no overbraking and overtaking. I decided to give 5⭐ but given 4⭐ bcoz they have stopped bus at vijay nagar instead of Pipliyahana. But overall experience was good and so much fun with all our Indori's passenger. 🙏Guruji🙏

This bus is absolutely terrible; no one wants to travel in it, but there are no other options, and the driver and conductor are rude.

Worst don't book driver and conductor using abusing language in front of family member even in from of women and child rude behaviour with passangers

Worst experience, seats were not comfortable, toilet not clean, curtains were broken, and their were dogs who cried the whole night and the driver and staff was not at all helpful in anything
