Extremely Disappointed – Poor Product and Unresponsive Support. Order: AG-6999 I ordered 20 KG of red soil from this website, but what I received was nothing close to what was advertised. Instead of red soil, I was sent a dense clay-like material that is completely unsuitable for gardening purposes. To make matters worse, I’ve tried reaching out to their customer support through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls—none of which have received any response. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. Additionally, the grow bags and drain cells I purchased alongside the soil are of average quality at best, certainly not worth the premium price charged. Overall, this has been a highly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting quality or customer support.
