Very unsafe and shady hotel. Not recommended for families or women. Bedsheets had stains, towels were dirty, and overall hygiene was poor. We arrived late so couldn’t change hotels. At night, a drunk staff member was knocking on room doors around 1 AM, asking who was staying inside. In the morning he claimed it was “police,” which made no sense. The area felt unsafe. Again at 7 AM, he knocked asking for tea without being asked. We were so uncomfortable that we left early. Please avoid. I paid half money and booked through OYO but when I visited this hotel, I didn't even checkin at hotel and after arguing with oyo I asked them for refund. Hotel location was worst, zero cleanliness, bedsheet were unclean rooms floor was sticky. Room even had leakage. This was worst hotel I booked through OYO. No Parking place. Great Location and Helpful Staff, but Room Maintenance Needs Attention. The hotel’s proximity to Rajwada is a huge plus. It is incredibly convenient for anyone looking to explore the heart of Indore. Outstanding Service: The staff deserves a lot of credit. When I pointed out that the bedsheets weren't properly cleaned, they immediately stepped in and changed them. Their helpful and responsive attitude was the highlight of the stay. Areas for Improvement: Visibility & Accessibility: The hotel is located on the second and third floors, but the entrance is quite difficult to find. There is a lack of clear signage on the street level making the initial arrival frustrating. Room Amenities: While the room itself was decent, the primary amenities failed to work. Both the TV and the AC were non-functional during my stay, which significantly impacted overall comfort. Initial Cleanliness: Though the staff resolved it quickly upon request, the bed was not properly cleaned prior to check-in. To help the hotel improve its guest experience, you can include these constructive suggestions: Since the hotel is on the upper floors, install a prominent, well-lit sign or a directional directory at the ground-floor entrance. Sending a quick WhatsApp graphic or a short "how to find our entrance" video link to guests right after booking would completely eliminate arrival confusion.
