Hotel O by OYO Jawahar Marg Formerly Hotel Virat

Located in a small narrow alley. Very near to sarafa bazzar. Rooms were clean. Management not proper, we had booked for 3 people , Got a call from the receptionist saying that booking only for two person. Even after showing our reciept from oyo, they were not convinced for quite a long time and finally agreed. This was not at all acceptable as we were tired. Later we found that dey didnot provide any complementary water bottle, so we bought one. Again while , check out, the said we had purchased 2 bottles and were not ready to listen up. Finally when we asked them to show cctv evidence of 2 bottles being delivered to room , they said no need, may b its staff mistake and improper entry.

Don't go there if you are couples. They don't receive calls. I cancelled my booking after looking the street nearby. Not a safe place.

Third class Hotel ...worst hotel .... Dirty bedsheets no cleaness no lift washrooms are like public toilets just checked in 10 min muje checkout karna pada itna gande worst room hai ......please don't on what they have upload on Google the photos of room aur refund bhi nhi dete hai worst room staff is aslo not good .....on floor there is garbage here and there 😡🤑🤑🤑🤑

1. Unhygienic room with lots of insects over room. 2. I ordered morning snacks, I got timely but what I have seen 2 baby insects walking on Aloo paratha. 3. Room floor was not cleaned properly. 4. Zero stars. Hate giving negative reviews. But would not want any other unassuming traveler to experience what we did. If you are OK with cockroaches all over the room, bathroom and even on your bed. If you are OK with random people trying desperately hard to open your room in the middle of the night and also repeatedly during the course of your stay. If you are ok with a non cooling AC leaking badly and making a pool in your room. If you are ok with stained bed sheets and pillows. And if you are ok with i dont care two hoots about you and I am already doing a favor on you attitude from the staff. If you are OK with no parking space available. Pls test it out. Worst stay ever. Very rude unprofessional staff. Booked stay with included breakfast, staff gave 3 packets of poha in a polythin bag nothing more. Overall dirty, unhygienic property without parking. Would never opt for stay there or never will recommend this property. Complete waste of money and ‘yuk’ property. Rooms are below average. It was not clean. Bedsheets was looks dirty and yellowish. Bathroom was in very bad condition. Even seat cover was not present and hand shower was not working. I would not recommend until there is no other better option. Attitude of reception guy was really high. He doesn't bother what customer is asking or talking to him.
