Hotel O by OYO Jawahar Marg Formerly Hotel Virat

Room was nice as seen in pics and location is great. But the hotel and the building (which is on a narrow street) looks so shady. There was no OYO branding and the hotel building's door is always closed like a secret bunker.

Not at all meeting with the oyo standards...no soap shampoo provided no extra pillow, sheets were not washed, bed n room were stinking, no hot water, tv was not working... N it was flagship oyo...

Good Place to stay in Indore city center. Man places like Bombay bazar, Sarafa market, cloth market etc is just walkable. The rates are also comparatively cheaper and rooms are also good. The only problem is there is no proper parking place for this hotel. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3

Room was good, but they delayed in check in process. The charge was 1800 for 4 people 2-double bed single room. For extra 3 hours they charged 500rs. Good new hotel but they still need to work on several things like lift has some issues etc. Located near the sarafa market and also near from station. Service of hotel is quiet good and at a very decent price. As it is new, condition of all facilities is v good

I booked a room for 3 days via Oyo mobile application and pay full online payment. When I reached the hotel for a room the reception manager demanded more payment for the room. I asked him that I already paid the full payment for 3 day's, but they continued to demand more payment. And after some time they dined to give room. I am very upset about this type of behavior. Totally waste of Money. ROOM not a clean and bathroom also in bed condition. Online show in booking.com and actual reality is too.much different. Suggest to avoid stay. At first felt like hotel is under maintenance - when i asked same management told hotel is fully booked. Yet there was no cleaning. There's water on the floors, no lights in bathroom - when asked they said there's rain outside - which is totally illogical reply. It its place of mosquitoes. We ordered food and in first place it took nearly hour and when it came bread was stale and fungus was all over. We booked for one night and there was no light, no hot water, no fresh food, no landline, no lift, no hot water, no clean pillow covers or bedsheet. Booked got one night and it was worst experience.

Please don't Book this hotel online neither on goibibo nor oyo or any ither app. Bcoz they don't accept online booking unless you give him extra money. I have booked an hotel online and they denied checkin by saying that they will not give me a room in this price and denanded extra money. Room was not cleaned. Toilet jet and shower is not working.
