Third class service from oyo . No lift . No food, no parking area . Not recommended. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1 Rooms Worthless. Food & drinks No out side food allowed with a big poster at reception. No Noteworthy details No lift, so you have to pull your own luggage like a coole.

The facilities are ok. But they need to improve the cleanliness in terms of the bed sheets and pillow covers. Rest the cleanliness of room and restrooms were good..would recommend it

Really very bad experience, this hotel staff behaviour was not good with customers, staff not understand customer requirements, the all time argue with customers.. hotel lift not working..room not clean..hotel Looby totly dirty..bathroom shower not working...also hotel owner give reference of driver which is provide u best tour of city...according the hotel owner the best driver...but the driver also misbehave with customers..some time using abusing words..(gotkha,paan khata haine)..sometime drunk... 3 Rd class location, 3 Rd class service, 3 Rd class rooms and environment. Not safe n suitable for family. And they do overcharge when you check in at late night , doesn't matter you book room online . Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

I wont recommend this place for family as i have observed lot of local people are staying there to drink. Hotel staff is also not good and bed sheets and towels were very dirty. So my big no .

Thanks for your quick response. Everything is good and comfortable stay except the cleanliness of room & toilet and bedsheet. Hope you will take feedback positively and try to accommodate this. Otherwise good option to live and eat.

No parking available for car...i also wanted to add that hotel not provide shampoo and soap also the jet spray is not working....how can any one so much irresponsible about basic facilities

This place is awesome...have multiple dishes...best part is the chef is very generous and able to find desired dishes for you according to your requirement... U must give them a chance to serve you if you are in Indore... I wish I have photos of some dishes which I tried... The virat special PANEER is really a mouthwatering dish.. and last but not the least the kitchen as well as dinning hall so neat and clean..TIA

My booking by oyo was only 352 but at the time of chekin the want extra and refused to give room from confirm booking by oyo , they charge me 400 Rupees to give room, and also not given cancelation amount,.

Really awesome. Beyond descriptions specially the services. All dishes are really testy and which suits your test. Definitely try this whenever you get the chance. Wish I visit again. Thanks #hotel_Virat for your grate services. Love it.
