New interior and furniture, staff is good but no window in rooms, no doormats, cleanliness is not up to mark and lift not working.

no staff available in morning. got towel after 1:30. washroom infrastructure was damaged.break fast was only available after 0800

Pros: 1) spacious room and clean room 2) toilets are clean 3) food is delicious 4) hotel is at prime location Cons: 1) drinking water issue (they don't provide cold mineral water after 11am) 2) room service is too slow ( they take 1hr to do anything so you have to keep lot of patience ) 3) outside noise come inside the room so it's really irritating in night 4) staff behavior is okay but not professional

Very good value for money. Food is also good. Near to sarafa Bazar and Rajwada. However some people may not like the ambience of the lane in which it is situated.

Very Bad experience... Room was not clean... Bed sheets and pillow covers were so dirty.. Inform to the hotel to clean up room in afternoon but till evening it same as dirty..very mismanagement

Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. Service is very fast . If you come to sarafa street then stay here
