Avoid This Hotel! Denied Check-in & No Refund Received I booked a room through Agoda, but upon arrival for check-in, the hotel staff turned me away, claiming they were fully booked and had no rooms available. When I requested a cancellation and refund on the spot, the hotel refused to process it directly and instructed me to contact Agoda since the booking was made through their app. However, when I reached out to Agoda support, they stated that the hotel refused to approve the cancellation, falsely claiming that rooms were available and that I simply failed to check in. Neither the hotel nor Agoda took responsibility for this issue, and I was left without a room and without a refund. The lack of accountability and miscommunication between the hotel and the booking platform makes this feel like a deliberate trap. Save yourself the stress and money—do not book here.
