BEWARE!!! FRAUD and pathetic services!! NEVER EVER PAY THEM ANY MONEY IN ADVANCE. All 5 star reviews are fake if you pay close attention. This service is completely fraudulent and will practically steal from the patient’s family and also from the staff they send to your home. We recently took their services and the owner (deepak) came and took advance for 15 days for 24 hours nursing care at home. Day 1 they sent a boy who was professional and good at his job but evening he went away saying he will be back in 3 hours but never came back instead of calling multiple times (patient is paralyzed and bed ridden and have only his 75 year old wife as a caretaker who herself is unable to help in case of urgency) Next morning he said that owner didn't paid him. Day 2 they sent another person who practically was high on something and was not even getting up to assist paralyzed patient and knew nothing a out nursing. Now that fraud owner is not responding to return money. Also when tried to contact was being extremely aggressive. A 75 year old lady caring for a paralyzed husband is still following up for money refund to these frauds.

Very poor experience with Mansi Home Care Service. Their nursing staff was careless and untrained. Due to negligence and overfeeding, my father developed pneumonia and currently on ventilator in ICU. The nurse didn’t follow basic feeding protocols and even remained absent for two days without notice. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Worst experience ever had promised to send someone not one came till now the time was 8am now he is saying the boy is busy so sending someone else the other boy he was sending has no experience. Fake people making fool and wasting time of others who are in urgent need
