No ventilation in room, bucket and mug very dirty. Washroom were stinking. Pathetic place. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 2

The location shared on oyo is incorrect. I followed that and reached a place where there is no hotel. No one picked up the call when I tried to contact the hotel. After searching for long time in rain at night , I had to finally cancell booking where 80 percent of booking amount was deducted for cancellation. Service: 1 Location: 1

Location near station is good. But this otel is only on 5th floor. The complex houses market which is very dirty. Reception staff is fine. Food service not upto mark as this does not have dedicated kitchen. Breakfast/ tea available only after 8.30am, which is very late for traveller's who want to leave early. No functional dining hall. This hotel doesn't exist it's a fake one google and all other hotels should take down such fraud hotels from their website or app. I had paid money for pre booking but i couldn't find the owner contact number and when I reached The location the hotel doesn't exist there. I booked this hotel through OYO for two days because I trusted the platform, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I booked three rooms, and one of them had a bathroom with no proper lock and no light. The bathroom was also very dirty and did not match the photos shown online. The overall cleanliness was poor. During my stay, there was a power outage,no glasses and basic things. When I asked the staff about power backup, they informed me that the hotel did not have any backup facility. I also raised a complaint about this with OYO. The service was equally disappointing. Even basic amenities such as soap were not available in the washroom. In addition, the hotel staff collected the full payment amount at the time of check-in, despite the poor condition of the rooms and the lack of promised facilities. I was expected to pay the entire amount upfront without being informed about these issues beforehand. Based on my experience, the rating shown for this property is far higher than it deserves. In my opinion, even a 1-star rating would be generous. Considering the amount charged, much better accommodations with similar facilities were available locally at nearly 50% lower cost. Overall, I had a very bad experience. I had booked this hotel for myself and my friends, and because of the poor service and facilities, I had to face embarrassment in front of them.
