The hotel is overall located in a good area. South tukoganj area. Provides veg food in their restaurant which is tasty and also gives room service of the same food. Quantity is also good. People are well behaved. They provide milk pouches sugar pouches kettle on request. 2 complimentary water bottles are given daily. The bathroom is nice. Room is fine. Tariff is also okay. They allow half day stay for half tariff. You will get auto and everything close by. But the room was not very clean on check in. We found dust particles and hair strands everywhere. Lift is there. Title: Unacceptable Standards of Cleanliness My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the lack of proper hygiene. The bedding, including the blanket, pillowcases, and bedsheets, appeared unwashed and poorly maintained, which is entirely unprofessional. Clean and fresh linens are a basic expectation, yet this property failed to meet even that standard. This level of oversight is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their housekeeping practices. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was ideal—close to restaurants and public transport. Very nice experience, I stayed with my family. Owner is very kind and staff are polite but the breakfast spread was disappointing, with limited options. I expected more variety. 3/5 Stars - Average Experience, Overpriced I recently stayed at Grand TARA and had a decent experience. However, there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations. The breakfast spread was disappointing, with limited options and below average quality. I expected more variety and freshness. The rooms were clean, but lacked some basic amenities that I've come to expect from hotels in this category. A few extra touches would make a big difference. To top it off, I felt that the prices were too steep for the quality and services offered. There are better value options available in the area.
