He can't even deserve 1 star As my sister visited there. She don't even have typhoid but the doctor said she has typhoid and one of her kidney is not working so she have to admit in hospital for a week for typhoid treatment after they will start operation for kidney stone. But, we didn't believe the doctor we visited our family doctor and he said she didn't even suffering from typhoid and he just provide some medicine through which she get well in 7-10 days.

I came to know about this kidney centre by one of my friend who recently got his father treated from here and I advised my aunt to visit once. She liked the overall centre, everything was so neat and clean. Proper covid protocols were also been taken care of. And finally she got her operated from here, everything went so smooth....

First, there was no assistance available for elderly patients deboarding from vehicles. Deploying a male staff member at the entrance would be incredibly helpful for lifting and supporting elderly patients safely. Second, there is no designated priority seating inside the clinic. The available chairs were entirely preoccupied by patients' relatives, leaving actual patients with no place to sit and rest while waiting. Finally, the checkup room bed is not height-adjustable. This poses a significant physical challenge and safety risk for elderly patients who struggle to climb onto a high surface. I urge the management to address these accessibility issues promptly.
