If I could give zero stars to Babli Bhai & Sons, I definitely would. While giving measurements for my pajama, I explicitly instructed them to make it with an elastic waistband and reconfirmed it 4 times. They assured me it would be done exactly as asked. However, at the time of delivery, they gave me a pajama without elastic. Instead of accepting their mistake and fixing it, they blatantly lied and denied that we ever had this conversation. Extremely dishonest, rude, and unprofessional management. They do not respect the customer's instructions or time. Save your money and peace of mind — strictly avoid Babli Bhai & Sons!
