Warning about Unacademy Based on my personal experience, I would advise prospective students to carefully consider their options before enrolling. I encountered several issues with the platform, including unclear course content and unresponsive support. Please do your research and make an informed decision.

I am currently a student at Unacademy Indore, and I’m deeply disappointed with the way things are being handled. At the time of admission, many big promises were made — regular classes, dedicated doubt-clearing sessions, personalized attention — but unfortunately, once the fees are paid, the reality is completely different. The first thing they ask for is full payment of fees, without even allowing students to experience a few classes. But after the payment, the seriousness vanishes. Students — especially those with dummy admission — are given only 3-hour classes, 3 days a week. That is absolutely not enough for competitive exams like JEE. Tests are taken every Sunday, and if marks are low, the solution is just to call parents — not to analyze where the student needs help. There’s no follow-up, no individual attention, no mentoring — just a system that runs on auto-pilot. I was personally told at the time of admission that classes would be consistent and support would be strong — but that hasn’t been the case. Dummy students are completely neglected, and if any student decides to leave after realizing this, refunds are out of the question. At the very least, don’t lie to students and parents just to collect fees. This is about our future, not just your business targets. As a student of Unacademy Indore, I’m writing this based on real experience — and I know I’m not the only one who feels this way..
