The ambience is exceptional, creating a great atmosphere, and the music adds a wonderful touch. However, the food was disappointing, falling far below expectations, and the service was just average. A restaurant experience should be centered around quality cuisine, so I hope improvements are made to ensure a more satisfying visit. Ambience is fine but not well maintained. Live music was good. Staff was good. Food quality wasn’t worth the price—starters were okay but main course was bad. They’re also adding service charge without informing, which is not allowed as per guidelines.
