Great ambience + food of good quality (not great!)Coupled with service staff which is slow and difficult to reach out..That's Echidna. The best part was Live music which is thoroughly enjoyable. They have a minimum billing criteria which I found stange as the dishes are overpriced in my opinion compared to other good restaurants of tier I cities. On top of it a service fee is charged which is irrational considering the service has to match the expectations. It must be left to customer rather than being made a part of the bill. Comparatively, they need to work on their pricing and service experience quite a bit to deserve a rating of 4 or more. Great ambience. Great food. Little expensive.

Excellent place with outstanding view, delicious food

Not satisfied! Visited here as heard from one of my friend! It's Costly as per the service they are offering! Disappointed! With food taste and quality. With staff service I mean they are pinging in every few minutes when we have just started with dinner and they are so in hurry.such irritation🙄 Ambience - Not that cool! I think waiters got so much of training🤔

They have downgraded themselves to the core. Pathetic food quality and l service was disappointing. After everything when asked for dineout they simple refused we do not take dineout payments. Discount dena pad jata, kese chod dete ye log. Felt cheated in every way. Manchurian was half cooked, pasta was not boiled. Got food after 45 mins when being asked again about the food. Order type Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

AMBIENCE & MUSIC was really GOOD, must visit place especially for COUPLES 💑 , with so many selfies spots. Though FOOD was NOT that GREAT, it was actually TASTELESS!!🤮 Bit EXPENSIVE but it's ok provided you prefer ambience than food! SERVICE was terribly SLOW, though staff at entrance was very polite, they escort every guest to their table & make them comfortable to the place. Nothing much for kids to play or keep them busy. Lastly you get Ample of parking space. Order type Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹800–1,000

If there would be a minus star then, they deserve the negative rating, Lesser Average Food, Quantity is worthless as per price, too overpriced Average Ambiance Worst service, and even their is the most worst thing then food song open carry earbards Can never recommend for anyone Order type Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The overall experience of the place is quite amazing. It is probably a selfie heaven offering a wide variety of settings for great pics. The food was nice too, a little pricey the AC was missing & a bit hot to go in summers but the ambiance overpowers everything.

Poor ambience. The Manager is pretty rude. We were fed lies about booking the seats and were tricked so and at the end, couldn't even get them due to uncanny attitude showed by the staff. An evening wasted. Highly recommended to not waste your precious Time at a place where no one cares for their customers.
