Echidna Restobrew - Family Restaurant Bar Banquet

We arrived here at 9pm on a Monday. The restaurant has about four tables at the center of the pool which look really great. Apart from these (which are almost always occupied) the seating is a mess with small tables and strangely shaped couches that are made for 3 people when they can only fit one. We took a table inside the glass enclosure facing the pool. The manager promised to turn on the AC which they later said wasn't working. The service was very very slow and there just wasn't enough staff to accommodate the guests. I wrote most of this review while waiting for my food to arrive. We finished eating almost 3 hours later, most of which was just waiting between each starter and then for main course. The food when it finally arrived was all cold. If this was for one dish that was cold, it could have been ok. But we were served cold food beginning from soup, to the starters (which were supposed to be hot BBQ by the way) right till the end with all curries, indian breads and noodles. The staff was very inexperienced and the waiter didn't know different soups from one another and served us incorrect ones mentioning different names. TLDR: Turn away if you notice a crowd. The ambience might be good, but the service and food more than dial it down.

The atmosphere was live..live music was good The food was good but the service was the worst..... Didn't provide sufficient bowls even after asking twice.... They didn't adjust the advance booking amount in the bill.. A day after when I realised then after my complaint they returned the same..overall good experience.. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Very Worst👎 service not satisfied pls I recommend don't go here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Beautiful place , nice food. So many picture spots for selfie lovers. The pool side tables are charming! The only catch is that you have to pre book them and should have a bill more than Rs. 3000 for those table.

Good service… nice decoration… just one fault… you need to have a bell system at every pod …. Couple enjoying at pod if needs to made wait is waste of your experience…. Overall average experience… thank you and will visit again…
