Echidna Restobrew - Family Restaurant Bar Banquet

Ambiance was Awesome! But food taste and service time needs to improve. Team Echidna you guys need to work on service time and please serve food at acceptable temperature, my food was not even warm... Nd what we expect is generally hot food!!!!!

Nice place to have ur dinner ! Also have facility of Pool dinner !!

We were excited to know about the restaurant and decided to celebrate my wife birthday at this place. The restaurant has a special seating named as "pool pods" for which they criteria of min order value of 3000Rs. Food taste is just ok not very outstanding but u can still pay for the ambience. The staff left us with very bad and annoying experience. Order served was different than that was placed electronically with remarks through their contactless service. Surprisingly this restaurant doesn't accept card payments and are giving reasons that the machine is not working. Such a big restaurant had only one machine which was not working. Mannerless staff, birthday spoilers, non attentive staff who were using pandemic as an excuse for not providing proper services. Overall i will rate them with a BIG ZERO #BIRTHDAYSPOILERS, #BIGZERO, #NONATTENTIVESTAFF, #ONLYCASHPAYMENTS, #WORSTPLACETOCELEBRATE, #NONTRAINED STAFF, The below is the reply from the management to which there is no option to reply and so have to post it below. I feel pitty for the owner whose management team is so lazy rather ignorant on customers feedback. Secondly your management already has my contact details as only 4 pool pods are available which need to be booked with prior intimation by calling. I wish good luck to the owners of Echidna. Dear Mr Jitendra. We apologise for the inconvenience caused . We would request you to please share your contact details with us so that top management can review the same and further discuss with service and kitchen team and can get back to you with a suitable solution. Thanks and regards.

We had a party and 12 person where present but the manager Akhilesh took charge for 18 people. And was very inappropriate with the host. It was the first time for them hosting a party and i recommended them. Manager Akhilesh fooled them and charged extra. Nice restaurant with good ambiance. Bit overprice food.

Food was delicious. Services are best. All the staff are very well mannered. Echindna has ample space for parking. Over all atmosphere and vibration of the place are very pleasant. I recommend my friends to go there and enjoy the feast

For family and friends . So lovely Environment

Ambience is amazing so as the location. Food was average. Pool side sitting has a limited time slot of 2 hrs which might make you feel sad when its end, but altogether its good. Red kiss is a must try drink of Echidna. 🤜🤛 …

I visited the restaurant along with my husband. We ordered veg meal n they served non veg dish. My husband and I strictly follows the vegetarian diet. It was mid of Navratri. They were unapologetic about their service. And did not let us talk to the manager.

Ambience is good, food is delecious....choice of songs in live music is fantastic but a bit loud.....I wish the service was as good. The waiters and waitresses needs to be more courteous and less lousy...
