Overall location ambience is awesome. Menu over mobile phone, interior design is good. Small tweaks would be good like the noise of generator / pool filter, a bit of mosquito will make this restaurant an incredible place to dine in. Update: They are now charging 6% service charge as tip on top of GST which is illegal. When asked they will say that it is optional. But why put in the bill then. A normal water bottle made in Indore cost 40 because it has MRP- 40 printed on it because they say it is because of covid. Even bisleri costs around 20.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! 😡😡 I would request you not to visit this place ever in your life. This place is a complete waste of money and time. The management services are so poor that you will regret your decision visiting this place. There are so many good restaurants and cafes in Indore where your money is well spend and not wasted. The receptionist, Mr. Aalam Is such an unsophisticated and untrained person. Having a conversation with him feels like you are working for them and you should be grateful to them for their service (which they rarely provide). If you wanna spoil your mood do visit this place. Today I found the worst restaurant of Indore. Here you have to wait one hour thinking that you would be provided the place where you want to sit but NO this doesn't always happen. We booked their special dining place one hour ago and after waiting for such a long time they told us that their special place has certain terms and conditions (which they didn't tell us at the time of booking). According to these terms if you want to sit at your favourite place your bill should be of minimum rupees 3000 even if ur family has just 2 members. The staff doesn't know the right way to talk to customers or treat them! How could they open a restaurant with such an untrained staff?? Please don't visit this place specially if it's your birthday or any other special occasion or ur mood would be spoiled just like mine! Thanks to GFC that is located near Echidna. We left the restaurant and had our food at GFC where food is really amazing and tasty!

So much fun here for family events, gatherings, birthdays, any celebration. There's karaoke on weekends and the owners are very personable. Best wishes to these gents will come again when I'm back!

This was the end to my four day long weekend what a wholesome experience it was at Echidna. From eating our favourite Dal Maharani n the Murg Makhani along with enjoying my favourite drink to having the most hearty laugh and conversation with the restaurant manager Mr. Pradeep mishra. This undoubtedly was the best experience I’ve had here so far. And I have visited the restaurant with the same set of friends earlier but just our interaction with the very enthusiastic staff made all the difference for us this time! Add especially in this present scenario with Covid the staff in general were very cheerful and I seen the highest level of safety measures and hygiene not that I hadn’t expected but it’s worth a mention. They even served us keeping social distancing in mind!! Like always the food was great! Felt so heavenly to have the good Echidna food after 7 months. Great job done by the Echidna team and thank you the entire staff.

Very bad service, staff pays no attention to customers, we called paneer's sabji but it was served when we had our half dinner and when we asked for finger bowl, the staff served it very late. Then we asked for a mocktail, it was ready in the bar but was served after 10 minutes. Very bad and disgusting service but place is good.

Fancy interiors but service is slow also being an open garden dining restaurant it is not very comfortable in rains and summers. Otherwise taste is good one could enjoy the delicious veg and non veg delicacies with family n friends.

Decent place. Food, service & ambiance everything was okay only. Nothing great.
