Echidna Restobrew - Family Restaurant Bar Banquet

food is good, taste is awesome, but service is pathetic....had to sit idle and wait for more than 1 hour out of total 1.45 hr we spent at the restaurant. service needs to improve a lot

Great ambience . We booked the in pool dine out table . No one called for the reservations . We had to remind them for our bookings . Immediate request for 500 advance was made . Finally we got the table post 15 min waiting . Staff was courteous but not trained . Delayed services Mismatch of orders Average food quality Billing disorder Where few experiences which we had during our visit our visit

Good place and nice ambiance! The staff was also polite. Value for money! The cocktails are also worth trying Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Visited after the pandemic restrictions were eased but the place was in a state of decline. Service was pathetic. Staff had no coordination. Even the food quality and taste have gone down drastically. Highly disappointed.

Place and theme is very good ..... but food service is very bad .... starters are served before plates..... order not taken seriously .... they forgot to serve salad and papad and brought them after whole meal.... also food was in very good taste... overall service was bad

Decorations will attract you but in reality the taste of food was worst... meal was to worst...taste was too bad...literally i had never tasted food like your restaurant....it was too bad...even your coffee which price was 250 above it was like third class ...awful taste...like someone make it with more quantity of water...overall if i said in rating then i will give ( -5 ) for your food...too worst...totally disgusting...and price is equivalent to just like big hotels...bad service...even your staff hasn't provide anything for handwash ...do you have Bar license??? Just because you are serving "Alcohol " in openly... and you are saying it's "family Restaurant " which kind of family Restaurant serve Alcohol in openly??? Order type Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹400–600

Literally the worst place I've ever been to. Worst service, worst food and singer omg don't even ask literally felt like I'm in hell. Need to visit doctor to get my ears checked. Literally the worst, don't visit the place. There are better places out there to go in indore with much better food, service and ambience. Save your money and time and go to a better place than this.

Ambience is good but music too loud (we are here to relax not in any music concert) food is good snacks are little bit undercooked.....Lastly very poor choice of dinner plates and cutlery...

Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particular high standard. Definitely fine Dining. Manegement is awesome . Thank you so much Akhilesh ji. Nice to meet you....,. Highly recommended.. .

As usual, best experience, best food and best services. Even manager attended us personally and paid attention to things. he suggested us some good dishes and our party became better.
