Dr. Sanjay Gupta

The doctor is greedy and very money minded.....he charged rs 1500 just for 3 minutes exercise even after giving him rs500 consulation.He did not tell me before that just fr single time and that too for few mins it is going to charge us rs 2000 total.Also did not tell me any proper exercise of vertigo.He is just pathetic and good for nothing.Beware everyone

Pathetic experience, incorrect number mentioned here. Doctor did not turn up at 5pm on Friday, as per the time mentioned on Google. I waited for him till 6:30. Even the fee mentioned here is 400/- which is also incorrect. Receptionist asked 500/-. I mean I have never seen such an irresponsible doctor ever before.

Really a perfect prectisner in City lowest medicine advice but with tricky and on behalf of experience may able to remove vertigo problems now I would like go at their twice in a year

I just want to say that this doctor is fully money minded. He asked for alot of unnecessary tests. I went for the head heaviness and he treated me for vertigo for 10 days. The receptionist said the initial fees paid (Rs. 1500) will be valid for 15 days follow up. I went for follow up on 11th dayand they asked for additional Rs. 500 and doctor denied for the free follow-up upto 15 days. Doctor is very unprofessional, very rude and only money minded person.

My father was having some problems in his right ear. It was itching severely from inside and some liquid was also coming out of it. He consulted Dr. gupta at geetabhawan hospital and he prescribed some tablets and an ear ointment. However after applying his ointment and taking his medicines, my father had to face very severe pain in his ear on the following night and he couldn't sleep at all. Next day he tried reaching out to Dr. gupta again but he wasn't available until next 3 days. My father then consulted a different doctor (Dr. Anand Singhai) who observed swelling on my father's ear drum and said that it happened due to a viral infection. He also asked my father to discard all the medicines and ointment of Dr. Gupta and prescribed new ear drops and medicines. He recovered pretty fast and already feeling better now. It's surprising to see an ENT specialist getting the diagnosis of a regular ear infection so wrong. My experience says avoid this doctor. I doubt his competence or his honesty after this experience.

Horrible treatment given. Couldn’t diagnose a simple viral infection and gave tonnes of medicines diagnosing it to be some other disease. Prescribed the most expensive medication which were only available at the pharmacy outside and for a five day dose the pharmacist gave 8-10 days dosage because he was reluctant to tear of remaining pills. Because of doctor’s wrong diagnosis now my sister is suffering cos of extended infection. Please consult a better ENT specialist in the city.
