इस hospital ने अपने charges डबल कर दिए हैं l हम आज एक injection लगवाने गए थे तो पता चला l सावधान रहें, इलाज के पहले चार्ज पता कर लेवें l
The hospital is very good, the behavior of the doctors and nursing staff is very good and the cost is also much less than other hospitals and the director Tulsi Ram Patil sir is very good, he meets all the patients personally and takes feedback from everyone, my experience was very good, I would suggest to everyone that if any patient has any problem, he should go to Indore Trauma Center only.
I recently visited here after a small accident of me and my friend, and I must say, my experience was beyond exceptional. The trauma centre staff were incredibly compassionate and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to providing the best possible care to their patients. Moreover, the facilities at the trauma centre were top-notch, and It felt safe and secure during my stay. From the medical equipment to the cleanliness of the facilities, everything was well-maintained and in excellent condition. Overall, I cannot thank the trauma centre staff enough for their outstanding care and support during a difficult time. They truly made a difference in my recovery, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of trauma care.
very very bad hospital & low quality dr
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at the hospital. The nursing staff were extremely caring, attentive, and always available whenever we needed support. The supporting staff ensured that everything was well-managed and comfortable for us throughout the stay. A special thanks to Dr. Rahul Choudhary, whose expertise, guidance, and compassionate approach gave us immense confidence and comfort during my mother’s knee replacement surgery. His professionalism and kind nature truly made the entire journey smooth and reassuring. Overall, the doctors, nursing team, and support staff have been absolutely amazing. Their dedication and patient-centric approach made us feel we were in the best hands possible. We are deeply thankful for their care and efforts.
This is not a hospital it's a business. All the positive reviews are mostly from hospital employees only. Context : My friend’s mom went through a road accident on 14 Jul, she was traveling with her husband on a bike. Dr. Alok from Arubindo Hospital visited ITC and performed a brain surgery on her which was successful. After that her vitals were positive. Money and Pricing - On 16th morning 10 AM we noticed that his mom was getting seizures. When we pointed this out in the ICU the so called Doctor (Dr. Hariom) said it's a good sign. Then we went to the main Doctor (Dr. Tulsi) who said the same thing and told my friend who was on a tight budget that he has no choice but to pay 15K per day for ICU Bed, and doctor charges. When we talked to the patient’s family next to ours in the same ICU they said they were being charged 10K. When we insisted that we literally don’t have any money left on us the main Dr raised his tone and we knew he was a bit angry, the calm persona went away in an instant. Earlier he was against transfer but now suddenly the patent was in good condition to be transferred. My friend lost his courage and told him that we are not thinking about transfer and fed this doctor’s ego to calm the matter down. Then we went upstairs around 1 PM, now the same doctor (Dr. Hariom) said that seizures are not good. THE HOSPITAL STAFF IGNORED THIS FOR 5 HRS THEN THEY ADMINISTERED SOME MEDICINS. Later in the evening when Dr. Alok visited he was not looking happy after looking at the patient and asked to put her on ventilator but the hospital didn’t. Next morning she was high in fever but the staff told us it was nothing and they turned ON the AC on top of her to cool her down (WHO DOES THIS!!). When I asked Dr. Alok about the seizures he clearly said “We don’t know why she has a fever and why she’s getting seizures” to which I asked if he has consulted with any other doctor to find the reason and he said “No, abhi nahi kiya hai (No, not done yet)”. Two days go by and we continue to see negligence on our patient - then finally we all held our courage and decided to transfer her - Dr. Tulsi again said it’s okay to transfer her. We transferred her to Choitram - Dr there took a look at her and answered all of our questions. She was having seizures due to blood clots in the right side of her entire body and fever was also an effect of that. She told us that she’s been infected post opp. and it has spread in her brain. We were told that she won’t survive and 2-3 hrs from then she passed away. History of this hospital - 2-3 years back this hospital was blacklisted by Ayushman yojna due to which only cardio and ortho related cases get ayushman support. While this hospital markets that they have ayushman support. POINTS : WHAT WAS NOT DONE AT ITC 1. Doctors should answer every question with utmost respect and give every information to the patients family whether asked or not. 2. Doctors under no circumstance should neglect even a slightest condition change when a post opp. patient is in ICU.
