मेरे पिताजी 72 वर्ष के है और डायबीटिक भी है, उनका नवंबर 2024 में पिट्यूटरी मैक्रोएडिनोमा का ऑपरेट हुआ था जिसके बाद उन्हें january 2025 तक हेडेक ओर लेफ्ट eye विजन लॉस कि समस्या थी जो फरवरी तक काफी ठीक हो गई लेकिन अप्रैल मई में उन्हें राइट साइड चेहरे और सिर में तेज दर्द होता था साथ ही साथ रात में नाक भी बार बार बंद हो जाती थी। दर्द तो धीरे धीरे ठीक हुआ लेकिन राइट साइड का हियरिंग लॉस हो गया उसके बाद 3 महीने सब बढ़िया रहा । लेकिन अगस्त में उनको आँख ओर कान के पास असहनीय दर्द होने लगा तो dr ने ट्राजेमिनल न्यूरालगिया का उपचार दिया लेकिन 15 दिन के उपचार के बाद जब MRI करवाई तो SKULL BASE ऑप्टिमिलाईटिस के लक्षण बताए। फिलहाल दर्द में कुछ दिन राहत थी लेकिन पूर्ण आराम नहीं है और left कान में भी हियरिंग लॉस हो गया है। नाक बंद होने की समस्या बनी हुई है। लेफ्ट eye के ऊपर ओर कान के पास तेज दर्द भी है,लेफ्ट कान में हियरिंग लॉस के साथ खट खट की आवाज फील होती रहती है।दर्द के कारण नींद में हाथ पैर के अजीब मूवमेंट करते रहते है। दर्द के कारण सो नही पाते है पूरी रात बैठे बैठे ही निकलती है। पिछले एक साल से हॉस्पिटल के चक्कर काट काट के परेशान हो चुका हूँ,क्या आपके पास इस समस्या का निदान है,या इसके सही उपचार के लिए किस DR को दिखाना उचित रहेगा। कृपया मार्गदर्शन कीजिए
