As a buyer user or investor we expect a company or executive to give prompt response by message or call but since 2 days I find marketing team is very irresponsible a person buying a property will have queries but they don't attend call they don't call back they don't send any details why I don't know I m very disappointed by approach of marketing executive working for this company who are not responding properly nor by chat or phone or WhatsApp reason I do not know why this weird behaviour n approach

Poor location and overpriced. They said they have a 4 BHK but showed me two adjacent 2BHK apartments which can be combined! Waste of time...

Trying to connect and get more information but none is attending calls not responding on even WhatsApp No callback no messages no information by phone or WhatsApp irresponsible executives unprofessional very careless I never expected such bad response on first enquiry itself bad experience I wish owner and marketing head will look into the matter it's a serious issue

Okay, so this might be a good project, but the marketing is very very misleading... everywhere they are advertising lower rates and when you call to enquire they are quoting the rates that would get you a decent flat in a metro. Two words - Highly Overpriced!!

Project is extremely beautifully designed and well located as well . very spaceous appartments and excellent quality Best things is owner and staff is highly cooperative. Let me rate this builder above Lodha, Arihant, DLF, Indiabulls and others as far as costumer satisfaction is concerned. Sh. Good place to live. I lived here for 10 months. Most exciting is here they celebrate all the festivals together.

A Premium Residential Township I have been living here for over a year now. The Society is awesome place to stay for families and renting with world class amenities Society Amenities - World class swimming pool with changing and shower rooms - A Basket ball court - Green lawn - Podium garden with children play area - Premium Gym and party hall - 24*7 Security with bio metric security all inmates use bio metric to access the building - Dedicated Staff for Regular maintenance Flats Interior - Spacious Rooms and Balconies with each room - Premium Bathroom fittings - Plug and play styles flats - Revati Hill view from the flats is the best part esp. in monsoons - Well ventilated from all sides of the flat. - Generator back up for lifts and personal water tanks for each flat - Piped Gas pipeline from avantika Location: - Township is located near to super corridor with TCS and Infosys offices at approx 2-3 Kms. - Shops and eateries near the Aurobindo hospital - Bus stop and Auto stand are near the society gate

Disappointing Experience at DCNPL Hills VISTA near aurbindo hospital Indore *Review:* very poor I rented a flat at DCNPL for more than a year and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing Here are the issues I had encountered: *Specific Problems:* 1. Maintenance Issues: No incharge. They take the money as a maintenance fees per month but no resolve of issues. 2. Cleanliness: very much Average. 3. Noise- place is very noisy. If a you have a baby it will become an issue. Continues sound of firing and explosion due to para military area firing range nearby and Locals around the apartment play very loud music in nights. (Mostly Religious). 4. Management: more than a year I had not seen The management. It is like they take your money and vanished. 5. Water- usually on Sunday overhead tanks empty very quickly due to small overhead water tank.and there is no one for contact to address the issue, then you have to wait till evening when they start the water pump motor. 6. No electrician and plumber available. ( Before renting they said there will be this service.) Based on my experience, I would not recommend to invest there hard earn money in this DCNPL Hills vista Apartment. ( Total waste of time/ money) *Rating Breakdown:* - Location: 2/5 - Cleanliness: 2/ 5 - Maintenance - 1/5 - Management: 0/5 - Overall: -1/5. If need clarification please msgs me I will explain it.

This is very good place to live here is a flat and this is closer to hills where you can also go without any problem
