Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The waiting time was completely unreasonable—I had to sit for hours just to see the doctor. What made it worse was that after making patients wait for so long, the consultation itself was extremely brief and rushed. There was hardly any time given to properly listen to my concerns or discuss the problem in detail. It felt like patients were being treated as numbers rather than people who had taken the time and effort to come for a consultation. If a doctor cannot give adequate time to each patient, the clinic should stop overbooking appointments and making people wait for hours. Patients’ time and concerns deserve basic respect. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.
